As with any online software product, occasional hangups and difficulties may arise when using clickbooq. Luckily, clickbooq's unique process for building your site and organizing your images is highly non-destructive in nature; there isn't anything you can do that can't be easily resolved within a few minutes or an additional attempt to redo your last action.
In the rare case that you feel the application has crashed or is no longer responding after a reasonable amount of time, simply CLOSE the browser window and relaunch the application again from the Toolbox launch page.
You will then be able to pick up where you left off.
Note: The Organize section requires an extended period of data loading depending on the number of images you have uploaded and the number of changes you have made during a single session. Please be patient and allow the section ample time to fully complete its server communications.
